SUMMARY OF OVERALL JOB FUNCTION:
Create invoice billing for all customers, subcontractors and interoffice.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB:
Sort daily paperwork received from field offices for reports and invoice preparation
Create daily reports for approval and match all paperwork to reports
Create, change and copy daily invoices for all customers, as per customers’ requirements
Track and report interoffice billing on monthly basis
Enter invoices in to various customer required billing systems (ADP or Hubwoo).
Type invoices for departments that invoice per job, bid, etc.

NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS PERFORMED:
Look up information for supervisors and office manager upon request
File invoices that are billed out, by customer and date
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (if applicable):
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Two years clerical experience required.
Educational Requirements/Certifications/Licenses: High School Diploma
Skills/Aptitudes/Knowledge Required: Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and Quickbooks. Organizational skills, detailed oriented, positive attitude, and being a team player are a must. Excellent oral communication skills are critical.
Working Environment/Travel Required: No travel required.
Physical Demands/Requirements: Requires frequent sitting and occasional standing. Must have ability to speak and hear, and have constant use of hands and finger manipulation. Occasional lifting requirements of up to 15 pounds.
